sakho

My name is Sakho, I come from Senegal, Louga, a town in the northern part of the country. I have been in Genoa for three years and I have immediately fallen in love with it. In particular, I know and love the historic district, because it is the neighborhood that welcomed me, where many Senegalese people live and it therefore reminds me about my country. Specifically, Via Prè reminds me about Senegal. Many people from Senegal live in this street, you can find different products from the world and you can talk with the different people you meet. Migrantour routes are important, because they facilitate intercultural exchange, which is the only way to promote peace, solidarity and tolerance in the town we all love: Genoa!
As an intercultural companion, I collaborate proposing an intercultural tour of Genoa promoting sustainable and responsible tourism.
